My goal is to provide every client with a professional, comfortable experience and beautiful results. Please review my policies before booking. ✨ Booking & Deposits * A deposit is required to secure your appointment. * Your appointment is not confirmed until your deposit is received. * Deposits are non-refundable and are applied toward your remaining balance. * Please book the correct service and add-ons needed for your appointment. ⏰ Late Policy * Please arrive on time and ready for your scheduled service. * A grace period of 20 minutes is allowed. * After 20 minutes, a late fee may apply. * Excessive lateness may result in your appointment being canceled or rescheduled. 💕 Cancellations & Rescheduling * Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. * Same-day cancellations and no-shows may require a new deposit before another appointment can be booked. * Deposits from missed appointments are forfeited. 🫧 Hair Preparation * Shampoo and blow-dry are included when stated in the service description. * If your service does not include shampooing, please arrive with your hair clean, fully detangled and free of heavy oils, grease, gel or product buildup. * Excessive detangling or additional preparation may result in an additional fee. 🎀 Braiding Services * Please read the full service description before booking. * Hair is included only when stated in the service description. * Please communicate your desired length, color, parting and design before your appointment. * Additional length, human hair or other upgrades must be selected when booking when available. 👩🏽‍🦱 Extensions & Human Hair * Please make sure you select the appropriate hair option or add-on for your desired look. * If you are required to bring hair, please bring the correct type and amount. * Human-hair upgrades are an additional charge unless specifically included with the service. 👶🏽 Guests & Children * Please do not bring additional guests or children unless they are being serviced or prior approval has been given. * This helps me maintain a comfortable and focused environment for every client. 📸 Photos & Content Photos and videos may be taken of completed styles for my portfolio and social media. If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, please let me know before your service begins. 💳 Final Payment The remaining balance is due at the completion of your service. Please be prepared to use one of the accepted payment methods provided at booking. ❤️ Client Satisfaction If you have any questions or concerns about your style, please communicate them before leaving your appointment so I have the opportunity to address them. Cancellation Policy

We get it that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. Gift's Hands has a 30% cancellation fee. If you are unable to make the appointment, please kindly notify us as soon as possible to reschedule.
